My married name is Sherry Ott. My maiden name was Sherry Heitschmidt. My father had a lot of family of central and western Kansas. Unfortunately, he passed away in 1968 and we have really lost touch with extended family. I googled Heitschmidt and ran across your blog and thought I would try posting.
